Gray Banner

A gray banner indicates that there is nothing unusual or suspicious about the received email.

Yellow Banner

A yellow banner indicates caution and that there may be something unusual about the received email. This does not mean that the email is dangerous, but should provide the user with caution, especially when from first time senders.

Red Banner

A red banner indicates that the email is suspicious and is likely a phishing attempt or another form of cyber threat.
